The apartments at Ciasa Somür are available year-round for your South Tyrol holiday in the Dolomites.
Lounge chairs are at your disposal on our balconies, and every apartment has equal access to them. To enjoy the privilege of a private veranda, you can book our two apartments, Stöa and Sorá.
Upon request and for an additional fee, we offer a pick-up service from the Brunico train station. On this site we provide you with precise directions to our location.

Somür is entirely a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted on the balconies and verandas as well.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
We have installed high-quality natural wood floors during the renovation. To protect them, we kindly request that you use house slippers inside the apartment. We recommend bringing your own slippers.
Prices, booking and payment terms
Our Prices
The prices listed are for the specified number of people and are per apartment. Each additional person (6 years and older) pays a daily rate of €50 with the corresponding occupancy.
The mandatory tourist tax of €2.70 per person per day, introduced in 2014, is not included in the price. This tax is calculated separately on-site and does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
Booking
Your booking will be valid and binding after you place an order with us and receive our written confirmation. By confirming the booking, you commit to making a deposit of 30% of the total price. The remaining balance can be settled on-site.
Payment conditions
You can settle your bill through bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or cash (Euro). Please note that Italy has established a legal maximum limit for cash transactions, which cannot be exceeded. It is set at €4,999.

Cancellation policy
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of cancellation. We have decided on the following conditions:
Within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, we will retain the deposit.
Within 14 to 3 days prior to arrival, we will retain 50% of the total price.
Within the last 2 days prior to arrival and in case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged.
In order not to be left with the costs in the unexpected case of illness, we recommend purchasing a travel cancellation insurance
Information about the Guest Pass and its use
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Data protection notice in relation to the Guest Pass
▪ Purpose
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.
▪ Recipient
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processing to which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
